A friendly, but firm reminder: when sending e-mails to inquire about your order, PLEASE remember to indicate the order number (# BMC67- - - -) in the "Subject" Line of your message! To save yourself from wondering about what's going on (status-wise) with your order, simply look up the ONLINE ORDER STATUS PAGE for processing and shipping information about your order. You can check the Status of your order anytime here:

* About the ONLINE ORDER STATUS PAGE feature of blackmetal.com:
The ONLINE ORDER NUMBER is generated when you submit and finalize an ONLINE ORDER via our website's SHOPPING-CART ORDERING SYSTEM. PLEASE feel free to choose from a variety of payment methods which you prefer: credit cards, Snail-Mail (payments of Money Order, Cash, Personal Checks drawn from American Banks, etc. mailed to our P.O.Box), or PayPal.

All of the items that you order are physically pulled (from our stock shelves) and held or "reserved" for you when your order is successfully submitted and payment is forthcoming. Since our Online Shopping-Cart Ordering System is directly tied to inventory control and the quantities are tracked, only items that are currently available can be added to your cart. Items that are listed as "Temporarily Not Available" cannot be added to your order for obvious reasons. If you order the last copy of something it will then be listed as "Temporarily Not Available" but that last copy is on "hold" for you, so don't assume that we are out of the item that you had actually successfully ordered!

The ONLINE ORDER NUMBER will be issued to you via AUTOMATIC E-MAIL CONFIRMATION when your order is successfully submitted. The ONLINE ORDER NUMBER will allow you to access the ONLINE ORDER STATUS PAGE [for each ONLINE ORDER NUMBER] for shipping activity posted concerning your order! The ONLINE ORDER STATUS PAGE is updated after our shipping-clerk has packed the order and it is ready for mailing at our local Post-Office.

PLEASE note that ALL orders for 3 or more items are automatically shipped within the USA via PRIORITY Mail with a "DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TRACKING NUMBER" [sticker] affixed! If applicable to your order, this trackable number would appear on the ONLINE ORDER STATUS PAGE for that order as the "DCX"... The "DCX" enables you to track your order online by simply "copying and pasting" the full sequence of numbers to the United States Postal Service's website at usps.com ; the full URL for the usps.com tracking page is:
